In July 2023, AP Moller won the “Supply Chain Environmental Sustainability” Award from the Africa Supply Chain Excellence Awards for its use of Mobius’s Solar for Refrigerated Trucks. After a two-year trial project they found that a Mobius system could run the fridge and tail lift continuously over 12 hours, without using any diesel. This saves 2.4 tons of CO2 per vehicle per month.
